This 1966 Mercedes 230Sl pagoda originated out of a Belgian private collection.
The overall condition is very good. We can categorise this car as a very presentable healthy driver. This 230SL was restored about 10 years ago and done well. Of course this open two seater shows absolutely no rust on undercarriage or body.
Since the 230SL where notoriously under powered the former owner chose to put in a 2.8 litre engine from a 280SL. This significantly increases the driving pleasure. The engine runs smooth and the automatic gearbox performs perfectly.
The pagoda has nice paint and good chrome. The full leather interior is in beautiful shape and of course there are no missing switches or broken dials.
This pagoda comes with an extensive history and colour matching hard top.
